SuperZoo Spotlights – Favorite Treats
This is Part 3 of our SuperZoo Spotlights talking about our favorite picks from this year’s show.
The best thing about SuperZoo is it’s HUGE! The worst thing about SuperZoo is it’s HUGE. There is so much to see. The Dog Gurus spent a few days in Las Vegas speaking and shopping at SuperZoo. If you’ve never been there, it’s one of the largest retail tradeshows for pets and if you sell any retail products (or want to sell them), Superzoo is the place to be! You can stock up on your favorite products at super low prices. You’ll also get an advance look at some new items you may not have seen before.
Here is a list of a few of Robin and Susan’s treat picks from this year.
K9 Granola Factory Munch Boxes– We loved the look of this product! Don’t compete with the subscription boxes, bring the personalization to the store. The Munch Box series is a hand crafted box that contains everything you need for a birthday party (they also have a holiday boxes). Sell it to clients who want to host a party at your facility or to take home to their own pet. You could also sell the holiday box to boarding clients who board in December. These products would be good for retail sales.
PuppyCake – Another fun product that is easy to use and easy to sell. All natural mixes to make puppy cakes, grainfree cheecakes, and grain free ice cream. Buy in bulk to serve as a special treat, or use for doggie parties and then sell the individual products to your clients to take home with them. This product would be good for use in your facility and for retail sales.
Bowser Beer – The Dog Gurus have seen this product before but were reminded of the fun you can have with Happy Hour by adding Bowser Beer and Bar Snacks. The beer comes in bottles just like the human kind but is made of beef, chicken, or pork and malt barley. Sponsor a Yappy Hour and provide drinks for everyone, including the dogs. You can even do custom labels! These products would be good for use in your facility and for retail sales.
