Leadership Skills Improvement
We hope you are participating in The Daycare Games. So if you are, spend the session discussing:
- How the events are going
- Where help is needed
- Encouraging your team
Close the session asking for ideas on keeping leadership skills a focus all year long. Remember to keep it fun!
