Client Communication Template

We encourage professional pet care centers to communicate openly and honestly with their clients.  However, one of the more challenging communications is when the client really wants their dog to play and the dog is not a good fit to the environment.

We love hearing from our members and you have been telling us that you need tools to help you communicate better with your clients.

In response we have created a Client Feedback Form For Dog Evaluations to help you share results with owners.  The template guides you to put words to the specific behaviors for dogs that do not fit or just tolerate the off-leash play environment.  It also includes a section for your recommendations on the best way for each dog to join your playgroups.  This section is also used when you decide other social alternatives are a better fit for the dog.
